Mission
Prime Property BG is the first real estate investment trust in Bulgaria. We generate return on investment for our shareholders by investing in the purchase, construction, lease out or sale of commercial, office, residential and vacation properties.

- Our main shareholders are large multinational (20%) and local (70%) institutions like pension funds, food producing and food trading companies, insurance companies, mutual funds, etc.
