Coral Residence resort will be built on a picturesque bay on the Black sea coast to the north of Lozenets. The resort comprises of a 4-star hotel, 3 VIP houses, 9 apart buildings and a commercial building.
The land, which the resort will be built on, has a built-up area of 40 407 sq. m. Coral Residence is an upper segment vacation village with high level of services. The resort will have 4 swimming pools, tennis courts, a SPA centre, a bowling, restaurants, bars and shops. Parking will be allowed only underground.
The buildings in Coral Residence will be constructed so that not to obstruct the view. Elements of the traditional Bulgarian architecture will be interwoven in them. All the natural “wealth” of the surrounding area will be preserved. Another advantage of Coral Residence is that it is close to the Ropotamo river and the Strandzha mountains famous for their unique flora and fauna.
A financial security and construction will be started after reaching an agreement with investors for marketing the project.
EUR 40 million are invested in Coral Residence by Prime Property BG REIT and Immoeast – a strategic investor owning a 50% share in the project.
