Prime Property BG REIT will built the first business park in the city of Plovdiv. It will have modern 4 or 5-floor buildings with an office and a commercial area, an underground parking, restaurants and supermarkets.
The Western standard for a good balance between the built-up and the “green” area will be strictly followed. Not more than 100 thousand sq m will be built up on an overall territory of nearly 50 dka. Prime Property BG will also follow the flexible leasing scheme characteristic of developed economies.
It is expected that the project for a business park in Plovdiv will have a success because of the following main factors: (i) excellent location of the Business Park; (ii) the development of the local economy and the lack of class A offices in Plovdiv; (iii) the lower level of rent there (in comparison to Sofia); (iv) the availability of skilled employees.
The individual needs of prospective tenants will be taken into account in the construction of the highly functional buildings. Multinationals are expected to be among the first tenants of the first business park in Plovdiv.
Right now the technical stage of the first phase of the project has been completed. A financial security and construction will be started after reaching an agreement with investors for marketing the project. The investment in it amounts to EUR 64 million.
