Prime Business Centre is a modern-day office building which has all the elements of class A office – state-of-the art infrastructure, high level of security, suspended ceilings, raised flooring, 4 levels of underground parking, etc.
The 15-floor building has a built-up area of 18 500 sq.m. above the ground, and some 9 000 sq.m. – underground. The area of the land is 2 400 sq.m.
The area and the location of each office will be agreed upon together with each future tenant. The architect of the project is Каlin Dikov famous for a number of “token” buildings, such as the Bellissimo business centre which won the 2006 Building of the Year Award in competition with 30 high quality projects.
A financial security and construction will be started after reaching an agreement with investors for marketing the project. The investment in the project amounts to EUR 20 million.
